When will I receive my order?

  1. The current timeframe for new Valley Health orders is 2-3 weeks from the date it is ordered to when it will arrive at the designated destination.
  2. If there is an extended backorder, a Customer Service representative will be in touch to discuss alternative options
  3. If you haven't received information regarding your order, please contact Customer Support and we would be happy to look into your order and answer your questions
What is the order process?
  1. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email that will include your order details and the shipping method.
  2. Once the order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please click on the “Track Shipment” link within the email to receive the most up-to-date tracking information.
  3. Please allow 14 - 21 business days transit time to receive your order once it has shipped. This time frame pertains to orders placed within the continental United States and does not include Alaska and Hawaii.

Multiple Shipments – Some items may be shipped separately, directly from the embroiderer.  If multiple items are ordered, it is possible that you will receive more than one shipment.

Embroidered/Custom Logo Items – Items that include embroidery or a custom logo will ship after the embroidery process has been completed.  Typically, custom logo embroidery will take 14-21 days to arrive.

Cancellation and Change Policy – We cannot edit an order once it has been placed. Due to automatic order processing, orders can only be canceled within an hour after it has been placed.
